Our standard Maintenance Agreement Includes:
  • Complete Computer Inventory
  • Computer Physical Layout
  • Network Logical Layout
  • Network Allocation Map
  • Monthly standard Maintenace including:
    • Application of patches
    • Verification of Computer Core Operations
    • Relocation of Computers
  • Continuous Monitoring of all Servers
  • Reports of License Compliance
  • Installation/Re-Imaging of Covered Workstations
  • Emergency Call-Out's
Each contract is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
